Да, это одно и тоже. Вообще говоря, спрашивая об использовании тех или иных лекарств, надо называть не только коммерческое (Parvolex, АЦЦ), но и генерическое (acetylcysteine) наименование. Иначе практически невозможно ответить: на разных рынках одни и те же препараты называются по-разному.
Честно говоря, я не слышал о применении в реальной жизни ацетилцистеина как антидота при передозе парацетамола (да и передоз парацетамола тоже не встречал).

Parvolex ® is a trade name for acetylcysteine, which is given as a hepato-protective agent to patients presenting with paracetamol (acetaminophen) overdose.
Acetylcysteine can be adminstered orally or intravenously, with advantages and disadvantages associated with both routes. In the UK, it is almost invariably given intravenously (as Parvolex), while North American patients generally receive acetylcysteine orally.
The intravenous parvolex treatment regime consists of an initial loading dose, followed by a subsequent maintenance regime. The doses are calculated based on the patient's known or estimated body weight.
* Loading dose - 150mg/kg body weight of parvolex in 200ml infusion fluid*, over 15 minutes
* 1st Maintenance dose - 50mg/kg body weight of parvolex in 500ml infusion fluid* over the next 4 hours
* 2nd Maintenance dose - 100mg/kg body weight of parvolex in 1L infusion fluid* over the next 16 hours
The infusion fluid can be 5% dextrose or normal saline.
